 Please consider estimated production days and shipping days when ordering. Note that our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. :

• Production (How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office): 3-7 business days
• Shipping (How long will it take to receive your order once dropped off at the post office): 1-8 business days
• We currently DO NOT offer rush shipping

• mistakes made by the selected courier
• wrong address given by customers
• damage to order by the selected courier
• PO box issues
• stolen packages after delivery
